How much does the program actually pay?
We share the exact commission tiers in the onboarding email after you're approved — they're competitive with the top creator programs in EDC, and they scale with volume. We don't post the exact percentages publicly so we can offer rate bumps to the right people.
Do I need to hit a follower minimum to apply?
No. We've approved ambassadors with audiences from 1K to 1M+. We care more about taste, engagement, and fit than raw follower count. A 4K TikTok account that nails the niche is worth more to us than a generic 200K account.
Do I have to post a certain amount?
There's no posting quota. We'd rather you post when it genuinely fits than force content. That said, ambassadors who don't post anything for 3+ months get rotated out — the program is for active carriers.
How are payouts handled?
Commission accrues in your ambassador dashboard. You can withdraw monthly via PayPal, Venmo, ACH, or store credit (with a bump). We handle 1099 reporting in the U.S. at year end.
Can I be in other brand programs at the same time?
Yes. We only ask that you don't repost Zpack content directly into competitor announcements. Otherwise — promote whoever, however. We're not your exclusive.
How long does approval take?
48 hours or less, weekdays. We read every application and reply either way — if it's not a fit right now, you'll hear that with a reason, not silence.
